WHY I BUILT THIS

I've been a health practitioner for over eight years, most of that spent in the operating theatre.

I understood human anatomy. I knew exactly what the body needed to function well.

And I was still burnt out. Yo yo dieting. Raiding the lunch room snacks. Pouring a wine most nights. Never seeing results.

Knowing the science changed nothing.

I watched the same thing happen to almost every high achieving woman around me. Start strong on Monday, over it by Thursday. Again.

BUILD
Weeks 1 to 4
Build the foundation before you build the body.

This is where we do the work most programs skip. Your restart pattern mapped in full. The all or nothing trap named and dismantled. Your identity statement built into real daily behaviours. Two gym sessions per week, progressive from session one, designed around what your body can actually do right now. By week four you will feel different. That is not hype. That is what two consistent sessions a week does when the foundation underneath them is solid.

FUEL
Weeks 5 to 8
Fuel the training you built in phase one.

No food rules. No restriction. A nutrition strategy that layers on top of the training habits you already built. Real food for a real life including the social events, the travel weeks, the tired Tuesdays. The goal is not perfection. The goal is a way of eating that does not require willpower to maintain because it is built around how you actually live. The two gym sessions continue with added intensity as your body adapts.

EVOLVE
Weeks 9 to 12
Let the system become automatic. Then expand it.

Phase three is where the Stack becomes second nature. The training and nutrition are now habits not tasks. Week nine introduces your optional bonus day. A third session focused entirely on the areas you want to develop further. Arms, glutes, core, mobility, whatever matters most to you. By week 12 you will have a full picture of what your body responds to and a system that runs itself.

Questions you're probably asking.

Yes. Two sessions of 45 to 60 minutes, done consistently across 12 weeks, will change your body composition and your baseline strength. More is not always better. Consistent is better. Phase three introduces an optional bonus day for the areas you want to develop further but it is never mandatory.
The first phase of the program is specifically designed for this. You will have a good enough rule and a pre decided response to bad weeks before we touch the training structure. A bad week is not a reason to stop. It is a week to use the system you built.
By week nine your two session habit is solid and your body has adapted. The bonus day is an optional third session designed around whatever you want to focus on. Glutes, upper body strength, mobility, core stability. It is yours to design with guidance from Bec. Some women love it. Some women stick with two. Either is completely fine.
The founding cohort gets the lowest price this program will ever be at, the most direct access to Bec throughout, and the ability to shape how the program develops. After the first 20 the price goes up. Future cohorts will have a more structured delivery and less intimate access. This is the best version of this offer.
Because most programs assume you already have the foundation sorted. The Stack Method builds that first. The mindset, the patterns, the identity. We do not hand you a training plan and hope everything else figures itself out. We start underneath the plan. That is the difference.
